Grain: Pale Malt, Crystal Malt, Wheat Malt, Chocolate Malt.

Hops: Galena, Nugget, East Kent Goldings.

    Alc./Vol.: 4.2%

We brew for taste and in the brewing we look carefully at how we do it. We don’t add any “extras” to our beer, no additives or enhancing chemicals to homoginise our beer.

Malted barley, the main ingredient, is from Athy, we brew with renewable energy and ethically dispose of the spent grain and hops (lucky cows!).

We love the idea of drinking local and fresh, unpasteurised beers, hand crafted in small batches by a guy called Peter, helped by Tom & Paul and tasted in our bars of a Thursday, with relish by Liam, Oliver, Dave, Lee and whoever is lucky enough to be there.
