Canados Apple Brandy
Canados is a play on words with a product from France which is also distilled from apples. Whereas the famous distant cousin lives more of the oak barrel, our Canados, which is mainly distilled from Hyslop Crab Apples, delivers a distinct change-up between lively flavors of exotic fruit and cinnamon with the aromas of the oak barrel that has set free hints of vanilla. A well balanced distillate that has surprised and convinced many Single Malt connoisseurs.

A distilled spirit produced from 100% B.C. fruit. Fruit is carefully selected then fermented for 2-12 weeks before being double distilled in our Alembic Brandy Copper Pot Still.
It is then cut with locally sourced crystal clear B.C. Spring water to prepare it for bottling.
The result is a traditional 'Schnapps' style fruit brandy encompassing a richness in aroma, taste and premium sipping quality.
