Raspberry Framboise Brandy
Freshly harvested, fully ripe raspberries go into making this impressive distillate. Characterized by a pure raspberry fragrance, it is very fruity on the palate yet contains a natural sweetness, which makes it one of our favourites. This Eau de Vie is indispensable for the creation of desserts and a valuable ingredient in the composition of fruity martinis.

A distilled spirit produced from 100% B.C. fruit. Fruit is carefully selected then fermented for 2-12 weeks before being double distilled in our Alembic Brandy Copper Pot Still.
It is then cut with locally sourced crystal clear B.C. Spring water to prepare it for bottling.
The result is a traditional 'Schnapps' style fruit brandy encompassing a richness in aroma, taste and premium sipping quality.
Enjoy neat, over ice or as a component in cocktails and cooking.
