Like in a good Gewurztraminer wine, love the great fresh nose of spicy, floral, peach and light lychee aromas with some green apple skin in this well-balanced Marc.

Marc or Grappa, originated in Italy as a means to use the leftover product of wine. The pomace (skins, pulp, seeds, and stems) of grapes are run through our traditional copper-pot still before being cut with locally sourced B.C. Spring water.
The result - a bold, dry spirit enjoyed commonly as a digestif or traditionally in a Caffè Corretto
